Greenberg Calls on Community to submit ideas and resumes for the incoming Administration

News Release: Mayor-Elect Craig Greenberg announced the launch of www.NewDirectionLouisville.com, a new website for Louisvillians to stay up to date on the transition and submit comments and ideas for the Mayor Elect and his team. Anyone interested in working in the administration is also encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter through the website.

“We want everyone in Louisville – and across the country – to have an opportunity to express interest in positions before we make any personnel decisions,” said Greenberg. “Whether you work in the private sector, with a non-profit organization, for the city or another government, or even if you are not currently working, we encourage you to submit your resume and cover letter through this website.”

Greenberg also announced he has met with outgoing Mayor Greg Fischer and Chief of Staff Ellen Hessen as well as the members of both the Metro Council Democratic and Republican Caucuses.

Over the coming days and weeks, Greenberg will make additional announcements about the Transition Team leadership and members, the Inauguration Committee, and personnel decisions.

Mayor Elect Greenberg will be sworn in as Louisville’s 51st Mayor on January 2nd.
