Julia Mattingly is a native if Breckinridge County, KY, and a current resident of Louisville where she studies Rural Health and Political Science at the University of Louisville. She is co-founder and Editor in Chief of the student-run publication The Louisville Political Review housed at UofL. Her work has been featured in LeftMiddleRight, The Louisville Cardinal, and the Courier Journal.
